Get to know Work With Island

Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces. Having worked in shared spaces we understand their limitations: few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

To support our rapid growth we are currently seeking a Business Developer for an internship/apprenticeship to join our Sales team based in Paris starting in June/July or August.

As part of our Sales team you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from the discovery phase to closing deals. You will undergo onboarding and training led by our Head of Sales and receive daytoday guidance from our Sales team as you progress through your apprenticeship.

On a daily basis you will engage with our coworking partners tech ecosystem founders HR teams as well as interior designers and architects.

Main responsabilities:

    • Identify new prospects primarily startups and SMEs.
    • Outbound (80%): Develop an impactful prospecting strategy through mailings cold calls and followups.
    • Inbound: Qualify incoming leads and assess their interest in our products.
    • Retain clients and create upselling opportunities.
    • Analyze your performance and leverage various strategies to improve conversion.
    • Implement new tools and processes to optimize prospecting.
    • Participate in local events to enhance our brand awareness.
