Procurement Project Leader - Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities:

In the role of Procurement Project Leader at Evac Group your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the dedicated Supply Chain and Sourcing representative in projects.
• Acting as the single point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding supply chain and sourcing issues.
• Leading discussions on supply chain sourcing and materialrelated matters to ensure sourcing capabilities for projects.
• Creating and diligently maintaining the Procurement Project Plan executing it throughout the project lifecycle.
• Defining critical aspects such as Procurement Scope Objectives Schedule Roles & Responsibilities Suppliers Risks Bill of Materials Costs and associated targets.
• Ensuring Early Supplier Involvement and incorporating Manufacturability feedback from suppliers.
• Taking ownership of ontime delivery and availability from suppliers towards the project.
• Overseeing the endtoend purchase order management process for projects.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of supplier and material status while proactively identifying and managing risks.

Key Competencies:

The successful candidate should possess:

• At least a Bachelors level education in the field of business or engineering preferably with a focus on supply chain.
• A minimum of five years of practical experience in supply chain project management (IPMAD preferred) and collaboration with R&D teams.
• A proven track record of achieving project purchasing excellence demonstrating project management skills and ensuring successful supplier project delivery performance.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with a solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
