This is a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated and open-minded Junior/Medior IT Recruiter to join our in-house team at Rollout IT. As a software development and outstaffing company based in Hungary, we are expanding and looking for someone to manage the end-to-end recruitment and outstaffing process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the IT industry and an eagerness to learn, as prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and outstaffing process
- Create and publish job descriptions on job portals, career portals, and freelancer pages.
- Conduct interviews with IT professionals globally.
- Manage onboarding processes, including handling NDAs and contracts with candidates.
- Monitor the selection process from the client's side and provide updates to candidates.
- Establish and promote the Rollout IT employer brand.
Requirements
Must have:
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferably in HR
- Capability to manage tasks independently while working remotely
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and quickly absorb new information.
Nice to haves:

- Experience with sourcing
- Familiarity with IT technologies
