System Engineer

• Utilize ticketing system to efficiently manage and resolve ITrelated issues while adhering to SLAs.
  
• Conduct daytoday IT tasks troubleshooting and resolving computer and network issues to ensure seamless business operations.
  
• Handson experience in hardware and software maintenance installation LAN/WAN configuration and providing desktop and server support.
  
• Provide remote support to end users ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  
• Proficient in managing NAS drives with a preference for experience with Synology.
  
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting routers switches and advanced firewalls such as Sonicwall and Pfsense.
  
• Configure and manage VPNs ensuring secure and efficient remote access for users.
  
• Document IT policies and procedures maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
  
• Familiarity with IP cameras NVR and DVR systems.
  
• Professional knowledge of Windows Servers and Linux environments.
  
• Install configure and manage virtualization environments including HyperV and VMware.
  
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Emailing Systems like Google Workspace Exchange Office 365 and Zimbra.
  
• Proficient in working with Active Directory (DC).
  
• Conduct preventive IT maintenance troubleshooting and bench marking to optimize system performance.
  
• Perform scheduled security reviews and audits producing executive management summaries.
  
• Regularly update and maintain system backups and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
  
• Monitor network traffic usage and server/device logs to ensure security and performance.
  
• Maintain access control lists and implement security protocols.
  
• Perform software patching in operating systems and standalone software.
  
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all IT inventory.
