Requirements

• Be able to commit to 3038 hours per week
  
• Be experienced in endtoend full portfolio property management
  
• Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License (essential)
  
• Be mature and reliable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• PropertyMe or other Cloud based CRM experience
  
• Have a passion for real estate with a qualityfocused approach
  
• Be comfortable working autonomously and within a team
  
• Trust account management can form part of this role If interested previous experience would be essential
