Auto Parts Counter Sales

• Greeting customers
  
• Finding out what the needs of the customer are and solving their problem.
  
• Relay all necessary information regarding costs parts and work needed.
  
• Know different kinds of parts sold and be able to give details to the customer.
  
• Handling cash and credit card payments
  
• Keeping the front counter and lobby clean
  

Requirements

• Must be able to work with computers and able to learn company software.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Strong record keeping skills.
  
• The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers nontechnical descriptions.
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Must have 25 years of experience in the trucking industry.
