Job Title:FP&A Business PArtner
Location:London U.K.
Job Purpose
Responsibilities Accountabilities & Deliverables
Reporting for CSuite and local boards including direct engagement with CFO and Heads of Wholesale Banking and Treasury
Financial modelling including budgeting and forecasting and ownership of review documents.
Building managing and influencing key relationships with our UK and European offices; includes Heads of Coverage Teams and Support functions.
Challenge decision making including returns metrics and cost expenditure.
Creating and monitoring key financial and nonfinancial metrics.
Adhoc Financial analysis/Business Support
It is highly desirable if you have previous exposure to:
Delivering strategic insights.
Identifying key market trends.
Having previously acted as aFinance SME to support groupwide strategic transformation agenda including participationin crossfunctional working groups
Knowledge
Advanced excel skills ability to analyze and interrogate data experience of using reporting tools (COGNOS TM1 and Power BI desirable)
Business performance management including planning reporting and analysis
Financial Modelling (Essential)
Client Level Management Information (Desirable)
Experience
Prior FP&A experience in Banking
Transaction Banking Real Estate or Treasury product knowledge preferred.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Building / Managing stakeholder relationship with Front Office
Attributes
Selfmotivated and ability to work independently articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills strong team ethic
