Test Analyst and PMO-Support fmd for a Perfomance Management Tool RefNr 3558

For a project we are looking for a Test Analyst and PMOSupport (f/m/d) for a Perfomance Management Tool.

Tasks

Test analyst part :

• Support in the implementation phase of an asset performance management and optimization tool
• Build a clear understanding of business needs and expectations from asset managers towards the tool
• Understand the underlying data sources (Cognos SAP) and get extracts to e.g. Excel
• In alignment with the testing responsible: Analyze business requirements Design test cases scenarios and scripts that cover the expected functionalities and behavior
• Execute test scenarios during testing phase
• Report results & log any defects vulnerabilities improvement opportunities or issues that arise

PMO Part:

• Support the project manager and BA lead in the dayto day followup of project activities
• Organize and keep project documentation up to date on teams folder (JiRA board risk & issues logs meeting slide decks & minutes)
• Support the Project manager and BA lead in the organization and scheduling of the project governance meetings
• Before the meeting: discuss agenda and followup on the different contributors ensure the right attendees are present
• During the meeting: Keep track of decisions taken action items & raised questions risks & issues
• After the meeting: Draft meeting minutes for approval by Project manager

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies (Masters degree) or comparable qualification
• Proven track record in software testing and PMO role
• Basic Python knowledge to execute test cases
• Effective communication analytical thinking and a keen eye for details are key attributes
• Structured way of working and good project management skills and PMO abilities
• Energy management knowhow is an advantage
• Confident handling of MSOffice and MSProject including excellent communication skills (MSPowerpoint)
• Fluent in English Fluency in any other company language is a clear plus (German French Dutch)

Order Type: Contract / Freelance

Location: Berlin 60% / Remote 40%)

Start: February 2024

Duration: 12 months (with option of contract extension)
