Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand business relationships with corporations to identify staffing opportunities.
- Drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance procedures and processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring their staffing requirements are met efficiently.
- Focus on driving new sales opportunities including getting on calls sending followup emails and occasionally meeting with prospects in person.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
