What You ll Need To Be Exceptional In This Role.
Business savvy to grow a clinic by creating and implementing strategic exciting
and profitable marketing concepts.
Impeccable leadership and organizational skills to build and manage a strong
and effective team and clinic.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise sound
judgment when making decisions.
Good understanding of budget and resources planning budgeting in addition to
evaluation procedures and methods.
Great communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff patients
and other stakeholders.
Handson skills in dealing with computer systems such as EMR.
Able to quickly shift gears and adjust to new circumstances in order to support
staff and keep the operations of the clinic running smoothly.
Adaptability being comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
The ability to provide and manage evidencebased practices and treatments to
provide exceptional patient care.
A DPT and/or PT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in
Connecticut.
