Digital Media Manager

As part of your responsibilities, you will also: • Understand the company’s Digital Direct goals to create and plan strategies to exceed defined goals using Display and Social Media strategies • set KPls. • Manage a team of Digital Media Specialists and ensure team OKRs are met. • Manage multiple platforms and vendor relationships to Qatar Airways' benefit by having regular catch ups and manage internal and external stakeholders. • Work with leadership team to explain and modify strategic plans to suit evolving business needs. • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts to take advantage of any technological changes that impacts digital direct performance. • Accountable for Quarterly Business Review meetings and showcase business growth to internal stakeholders. • Responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates and set them up for success. • Create and standardize operational procedure to be followed by digital marketing teams across network. • Conduct quality checks of campaigns that are rolled out and provide feedback for quality improvement. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the department.
