سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيKey accountabilities include: • Implement and monitor the defined detailed service standards and operating procedures for key team accountabilities in line with overall national Onboarding policies. • Suggest continuous improvement within National Onboarding and at key stakeholder touchpoints in order to reduce time to join, reduce error, improve efficiency and improve services. • Effectively balance the management of ongoing organisational change with consistent delivery of services. Core team operations include: o National Onboarding and joining formalities in collaboration with national recruitment and HR Talent Acquisition Onboarding team o Candidate Engagement leading to Employee Engagement of new starters. o Department introduction/candidate handover. o Manage the delivery of innovative and cost effective QR Group Corporate Induction event coordination, strategy and content. o QR Group national Candidate related to new joiners. o Key operational and strategic liaison point between national onboarding, National recruitment, HR Talent Acquisition Onboarding and internal stakeholder • Oversee the production and distribution of relevant candidate experience content and materials that may include but not be limited to: o Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Employee On-boarding Software (EOS) e-mail and SMS templates during the On-boarding stage. o On-boarding zone online content. o Handouts delivered at key touchpoints. o Standardised QR Group responses to candidate and joiner FAQs. o Establish and measure the Candidate Satisfaction periodically for continuous improvement to optimal Candidate Engagement. Ensure strong team understanding of this metric. • Define National Onboarding file storage, document control and archival standards in line with QR Group Policies. • Drive the alignment of key internal department onboarding procedures across the QR Group • Provides suggestions, process changes, improvements to Automation of National On-boarding system, the standard operating procedures or encouraging / assigning the team members to gain expertise with the other Teams within Nationals. • Provide clear guidance and support to services team leaders to resolve candidate issues as required. • According to guidance from SVP Nationalization and Special Projects and with the coordination of Manager, establish an authority matrix for approving costs, approving policy exceptions for individuals and special requests to interna
