Position Summary: Weibermacht seeks a motivated IT Technician Intern to join Weibermacht Consulting. Join our startup where fresh ideas are cherished. Youll gain handson tech experience support our team and contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities:
Help Desk Support
o Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal users.
Hardware and Software Setup
o Help with the setup installation and configuration of computers and peripherals.
System Maintenance and Monitoring
o Assist in monitoring system performance and addressing potential issues.
User Account Management
o Assist in user account creation modification and termination.
Documentation and Knowledge Base
o Maintain and update technical documentation procedures and knowledge base articles.
IT Projects and Initiatives
o Contribute to assigned IT projects such as system upgrades and software implementations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in IT or a related field.
- 02 years of Info Tech experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware software and networking concepts.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic networking principles protocols and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to nontechnical individuals.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proactive attitude a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
Duration and Schedule: This internship can be parttime or fulltime depending on your availability and agreement. The schedule is flexible to accommodate academic requirements if applicable.
Work Schedule/Time Commitment: 10 20 hours per week; flexible hours.
Support provided: You will be supervised by the HR Consultant with detailed instructions for all tasks.
