Develop detailed project plans, including business analysis structures, resource allocation, and timelines. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering, construction and operations teams, to ensure smooth project implementation. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the planning and implementation phases. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on potential milestones, deliverables and delays. Ensure compliance with all legislation, standards and best practices relating to the project life cycle. Manage project budgets and finances, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented. Oversee the purchasing process, including supplier selection, contract negotiations and ongoing supplier management. Lead a team of planners engineers and coordinators, providing guidance, direction and support as needed
