Sales Representative Rider Gear Specialist

We seek a Sales Representative Rider Gear Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in Product Development GotoMarket Strategy Product Lifecycle and profound Knowledge of the Motorcycle Industry.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the successful development of Rider Gear tomeet our commercial targets.

The position will be linked at the Vicma centre in Murcia but your place of residence is open to the whole of Spain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work in close collaboration with customers and sales representativesto ensure sales performance.
  
• Execute gotomarket strategies for rider gear products.
• Create accurate forecasts in collaboration with Brand & Product and Procurement teamsto ensure instock targets are met.
  
• Stay informed of market trends within the motorcycle industry and introduce innovative solutions that keep our products competitive and attractive to our customers.

Profile desired :

• Proven sales experience within the motorcycle industry and/or in a similar product line. Both B2B or B2C.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and detailoriented.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team and foster positive relationships with Brand & Product.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and gotomarket strategies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages.

Your role will require a degree of travel to visit dealers attend trade shows motorcycle events etc.to showcase our Rider Gear product line.
