Requirements
Qualifications and Certifications Required for Salesforce Developer Role:

To be considered for the Salesforce Developer position you must have the following certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer 1
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud
Salesforce Certified Community Cloud (preferred)
Certified Agile Practitioner (preferred)
Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (optional)

Experience Required:

Full lifecycle software development experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
Strong background in CRM process design and implementation
Understanding of how Salesforce fits into wider Enterprise Architecture
Understanding of how Salesforce integrates with other systems such as middleware like Mulesoft
Experience with integrated packages such as AdobeSign DocuSign CTI and Marketing Tools
Support change control best practices including management of multiple code/configuration streams code/configuration merging and promoting changes to production
Configuration of Salesforce using flows
Customization of Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce
Data migration and integration using data transfer tools

Responsibilities of the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer your responsibilities will include:

Owning and managing engagements pertaining to all aspects of Salesforce Technology
Managing and leading discovery and design workshops to identify client requirements
Designing and/or reviewing Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements
Owning and managing the estimation of engagements in discovery prebuild and inbuild phases
Managing the build of Salesforce programs using configuration
Responsibility for managing quality and timeliness of all technical deliveries
Ability to review and QA the Customization of Salesforce using Configuration Apex and LEX/Aura
Managing the delivery of data migration and integration using data transfer/ETL tools
Overseeing and/or leading End User Training and other user adoption activity
Working in an agile culture and highperformance driven environment
Identifying and maintaining key client and stakeholder relationships including Csuite
Recommending new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the clients platform
Leading the delivery of technical specifications and helping maintain overall documentation for the business
Adhering to and promoting best practices and design guidelines

Commercial:

Producing proposals and working with Salesforce to present proposals
Reviewing proposals during the presales process to ensure proposal accuracy
Working with the commercial team to ensure a smooth handover into delivery processes
Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning
Ability to balance required engagement skills with commercial profitability

General:

Maintaining certification in selected Salesforce products
Maintaining and improving internal team skills processes and ways of working
Managing mentoring and coaching other colleagues
Participating in the PwC culture practices and teams

Desirable Skill Sets Include:

Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong aptitude; logical and analytical ability

Documentation of requirements
Translation of client requirements into designs and solutions
Management of design and requirement issues and change requests
Gap analysis and capability mapping
End User Training and other user adoption activities
Developing project delivery roadmaps
Reporting of delivery performance risks and issues
Independence Requirements to be Taken into Consideration:

Industry specialist knowledge in Financial Services (Banking Insurance or Wealth Management) is required
