Location: Hyderabad(WFO)
Must-Have:
Looking for solid EM with strong Leadership skills.
He will be building and mentoring the entire team(iOS, Andriod, Web testers, and SEs).
AS OUR NEW SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER, YOU LL BE:
Coordinating with various stakeholders that span the breadth of the system and
depth.
Contributing to the technical strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders to influence the product outcome both for long- and short-term goals.
Making delivery-focused decisions to ensure we meet our commitments.
Mentoring and inspiring team members that work in various locations and time zones.
Creating a culture of freedom and responsibility that shines through quality
and on-time delivery.
Driving excellence across engineering teams by supporting modern software
engineering practices.
Recruiting and inducting new members of your team.
YOU LL BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS IF YOU HAVE:
A previous position involving managing engineers.
A strong ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and
different time zones.
Excellent interpersonal and language skills to facilitate smooth
communication.
A technical background with hands-on experience as a software engineer.
Strong skills in prioritization and project management as well as an
understanding of business impact for various solutions.
A flexible, calm, and proactive approach.
