The Our Client EPM Technology Consulting practice is looking for exceptional individuals with experience in financial consolidation technology and/or process. As a Manager within the EPM Technology practice youll work with the latest technologies and bigname companies on projects that are driving the future of those organizations. Youll be involved in all stages of a project from brainstorming with the client to launching the technology that will make the difference.

Our Clients Technology Consulting practice has a breadth of capability across all of the Emerging Technologies and youll be joining forces with likeminded individuals to develop truly unique and differentiated solutions for our clients.

Requirements

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities for a Finance Technology Consulting Manager

Qualifications/Certifications:

Applicants must have at least a degreelevel education.

Preference will be given to those with a strong comprehension of accounting and finance especially with a Professional Accounting designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in implementing financial consolidation systems ideally within large and complex multinational organizations.

A proven track record in implementing finance process change enabled by technology be it as a consultant or within a finance function.

Additional Requirements:

A solid understanding of how digital technology is transforming finance in the short medium and long term.

A refined leadership style that emphasizes team growth and improvement.

A clear and concise communicator both in writing and verbally with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations.

A creative and curious mindset that challenges the status quo.

Responsibilities:

As a member of our clients Technology Consulting practice you will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse and expansive client base spanning multiple geographies and industries with the privilege of enhancing and refining our clients businesses through the use of everevolving technology. In this role you will blend a natural interest in technology and finance to develop creative ideas into solutions. Your primary focus will be on financial consolidation technology therefore a proven understanding of the financial monthend process is crucial. You will work alongside other experts in emerging technologies (e.g. Machine Learning Robotic Process Automation ChatBots) to deliver innovative solutions and solve crucial business problems for our clients. Specific responsibilities include:

Delivery:

Delivering Consolidation and Integrated Reporting aspects of a Finance Transformation project/programme as a key Our client member of mixed Our client/client team. This includes delivery of Consolidation Technology solutions such as Oracle FCCS and OneStream.

Embedding sustainable change across all levels of the finance function.

Accountability for the sustainability of project benefits.

Identifying further service opportunities while clientside.

Business Development:

Contributing to our continued Finance Transformation thought leadership working closely with colleagues in Strategy Finance and Technology Consulting.

Mentoring and coaching other team members.

Developing new ideas new ways of working with an unlimited creativity license.

Building and maintaining deep and longlasting relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

Desirable Skill Sets include:

Experience of working with EPM Consolidation products such as Oracle HFM Oracle FCCS or OneStream.

Experience of working with other emerging technologies (e.g. Machine Learning Robotic Process Automation Blockchain AI etc.).
