- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their IT infrastructure needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services
- Update knowledge of self in preparing BOM and Proposals
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customers queries / complaints
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
