Sporadic Shifts; please let me know how many shifts per month your provider can do on submittal. Shift hours are 7a4p 4p1a and 1a7a. The 1a7a is a call shift. Your provider will be paid $250 to hold the beeper and an hourly rate if required to do any teleconsults. About 1215 shifts per month per provider is ideal.
