Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as an HRBP coupled with at least 3 years of broader HR experience. This individual will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of our IT and BPO companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partner:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units and departments understanding their unique needs and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with managers to address talent and performance management ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives including forecasting talent needs and identifying skill gaps.
- Assist in workforce restructuring and realignment efforts as necessary.
- Support change management initiatives within the organization by providing guidance communication plans and training as needed.
- Help drive organizational change ensuring that employees adapt effectively to changes in strategy technology or processes.
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies including workforce planning talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance evaluations and coaching managers on performancerelated matters.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver relevant programs.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Generate regular HR reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRBP and 3 years of broader HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
