We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.
We are actively seeking a Product Engineer Senior to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing building products and managing a junior collaborator.
As a leader in the early stages of product design you will pay close attention to providing the best user experience for our products. Your responsibilities will encompass designing the product structure determining product features devising mechanical solutions and creating prototypes.
Main responsabilities:
Within the product team starting from the concept phase the Product Engineer Senior is tasked with exploring designing and developing entire or partial components of our acoustics booth products. You will support the project through to the industrialization phase overseeing functionality price and quality aspects of the solutions and products developed.
Product Engineer duties include:
Driving product development strategies in alignment with the product vision and roadmap to innovate and develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
Developing solutions within a specified price target with a particular focus on delivering the best possible user experience.
Designing concepts in 3D (CAD) and prototyping them.
Defining product costs and schedules and monitoring them.
Collaborating with a product or program manager to ensure project alignment with the product roadmap and objectives.
Establishing product specifications and requirements defining the development process.
Writing a Quality plan to ensure compliance with usage and conformity to different countries regulations.
Ensuring a seamless transition to the operations team during the industrialization phase supporting supplier sourcing and qualification.
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the product scope.
Serving as a team leader and player developing products through your skills and knowhow while integrating experts into the development process (management designers product team operations team program management suppliers).
Directly managing a Junior Product Engineer guiding them to high standards of performance.
