Designation: Customer Service Associate

Location: Charni RoadMumbai

Qualification: Commerce Graduate

Skills: Good communication skills/Business understanding skills/Client handling skills

Mandatory Skills: He/She must know how to update /install and features of tally.Little bit knowledge will also work

Profile: Interaction with customers for designing

Implementing software solutions

Play an active role to support the clients on Tally ERP9 Software I.e. application and accounting

Follow up with clients for Renewals AMC and software sales and convert them.

Keeping track of all the enquiries received from different modes. Maintaining Customer relationship for prospective sales.

Attending & managing various events Trainings on tally and other webinars arranged from Tally Solutions.

Reporting through excel Target planning Scheduling visits

Proficient with CRM software (Tally Portal and Vtiger)

Communication skills: HIndi/English/Marathi.Well versed in any of these languages

Basic knowledge of Tally,Excellent Communication skills
