Job Responsibilities:
The employee should have good communication skills and should possess a strong command of Arabic and English languages.
Should be wellversed in handling all processes for onboarding/ terminating/ maintaining an employee on statutory portals like QIWA GOSI and Mudad.
Should be able to liaison with authorities where necessary.
Well versed with payroll calculation and its statutory impacts like GOSI WPS etc.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Immigration MOL and other matters associated with payroll and HR.
Fundamentally equipped with knowledge about new entity incorporation in KSA is an added advantage.
Prior experience in the service industry is preferred.
Can act as an ICC (incountry consultant) supporting our compliance team in gathering the latest rules and regulations to ensure accuracy on deliverables.
Parallelly he/ she should be able to support as a reliable source in gaining the trust and credibility of the Client/Partner.
