Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst Officer you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive informed decisionmaking and improve our business processes. 1. Process Improvement:
   
• Evaluate existing business processes identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  
• Recommend and implement process enhancements optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
  
2. Staying uptodate:
   
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and advancements especially in automation technologies.
  
• Research and evaluate new software/tools that could enhance operational efficiency and bring modernization.
  
3. Collaboration:
   
• Foster effective communication between technical and nontechnical teams ensuring project goals are understood by all.
  
• Coordinate collaborative efforts facilitating brainstorming sessions among developers designers and project managers.
  
4. Documentation:
   
• Create and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks timelines and responsibilities.
  
• Develop comprehensive process diagrams and requirement specifications ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
  
5. Testing and Validation:
   
• Assist in rigorous testing of developed solutions identifying bugs and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers providing constructive feedback and suggestions for issue resolution ensuring a highquality end product.
  
6. Reporting:
   
• Prepare detailed progress reports highlighting achievements challenges and actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
  
• Present findings in clear concise presentations ensuring key insights are effectively communicated to decisionmakers.
  
7. Continuous Learning:
   
• Stay updated with industry best practices through continuous research webinars and workshops enhancing business analysis skills.
  
• Actively seek out professional development opportunities such as certifications and training programs to stay at the forefront of the field.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
  
• 02 years of experience in business analysis data analysis or a related role.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
