Job Title: Accountant
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoho CRM Development:
Design develop and implement Zoho CRM solutions tailored to meet the organizations specific needs.
Customize and extend Zoho CRM modules to optimize workflows and enhance overall system functionality.
2. Integration and Automation:
Integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications and systems.
Develop and implement automation processes to streamline data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Customization and Configuration:
Customize Zoho CRM modules layouts and fields to align with business processes.
Configure and maintain user roles profiles and security settings.
4. Data Management:
Implement data migration strategies and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Zoho CRM.
Develop and execute data cleansing and deduplication processes.
5. Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Provide training and support to endusers ensuring maximum utilization of Zoho CRM capabilities.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
Utilize Zoho Analytics or other reporting tools to extract meaningful data for decisionmaking.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with a focus on CRM solutions.
3. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM architecture and capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Deluge scripting language for customization and automation.
5. Experience in integrating Zoho CRM with thirdparty applications and systems.
6. Solid understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Zoho One Software Administrator. In-depth knowledge of Zoho One applications and their functionalities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.
