Technical Project Manager

• Prepare project management plan
  
• Manage and monitor the project staffing plans budgets and minutes of meetings
  
• Plan and supervise project activities
  
• Define and manage project scope
  
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution
  
• Manage project teams and resources
  
• Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress
  
• Coordinate with Project Sponsor and project team
  
• Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements manhours or functionality points
  
• With the help of the relevant leads define project parameters i.e. timelines manpower requirements risks estimates etc.
  
• Negotiate establish coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
  
• Act as the client for the local project team
  
• Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
  
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
  
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
  
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance address weaknesses or inefficiencies and offer support to improve skill gaps
  

Requirements

• 05 years of experience in team & people management
  
• Must have experience working on and managing projects for international clients
  
• Experience managing large complex projects in a highly aggressive resultoriented atmosphere
  
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SCRUM Kanban XP etc.)
  
• Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff other teams senior management and customers
  
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building
