As a Dentist at Dentistry of Tavares you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive dental care to our diverse patient base. We are looking for a talented individual who is committed to excellence in dentistry possesses excellent communication and leadership skills and is dedicated to building lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct restorative and preventive procedures efficient in general dentistry Endodontic molars Extraction of all teeth with some wisdom teeth implant training is preferred removable partial and complete dentures
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Required 3 years experience some mentorship available but must be have the ability to work independently from the start
- Valid state dental license in Florida.
- Proven experience as a Dentist.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of industry advancements.
Practice Details:
- Competitive compensation package; daily rate or a % of collections whichever is greater Collection rate is 97% monthly.
- No Lab Fees
- Schedule: Mon Fri
- Ability to start by the end of March 2024 or before
- Healthcare stipend after one year of employment dental benefits
- Dental hygienists on staff
