• Lead a group of software engineers technically and give technical guidance on demanding assignments.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create new features and products in order to address dependencies.
  

• Develop and execute software solutions that are scalable reliable and effective for IoT devices gateways and web dashboards.
  

• Coach and instruct team members on new technologies and software development best practices.
  

• Assist the product team in defining and prioritizing project goals and objectives.
  

• Ensure that software is delivered on schedule and that it fulfills quality criteria.
  

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the companys technical point of contact.
  

• Keep abreast of evolving technologies and developments in the IoT field. Create a culture that encourages everyone to ask probing questions raise objections and express their concerns in order to create a better product.
  

• Be open and honest with the team about your struggles failures and triumphs.
  

• Manage the technological roadmap as well as the teams priorities deadlines and deliverables.
  

• Identify hazards and communicate them to leadership; work on building contingency plans to mitigate them.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
  

• At least 8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
  

• Experienced in delivering highquality software products and managing crossfunctional teams
  

• Familiar with System design and architecture knowledge across technologies
  

• Good understanding of CS concepts or other concepts including Automated end to end testing Production parallel testing integration testing
  

• Oustanding technical and communication skills
  

• Experienced in setting up and maintaining automated testing & delivery workflows and working with LoRa modules on Raspberry Pi is an advantage
  

• Experience working with Docker containers and Linux platform knowledge on AWS is a plus
