As Senior Manager to the Client Services Department you will be responsible for the following:
Delivers end-to-end solutions to help our clients maximise their commercial potential;
Lead, coach and provide direction to the administration team in all areas of their work;
Develop best practice guidelines in conjunction with the client services team and management;
Responsible for direct contact with key clients;
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system
To build & maintain excellent communication & customer relations with clients in progressing their services and facilitate the most efficient delivery possible;
To ensure that internal systems and procedures are being adhered to by team members;
Ensure that necessary filings as per the Legal & Regulatory framework are made within the prescribed deadline
To ensure that proper filing (physical & e-filing) is done and that all clients files are up to date;
Responsible for identifying training needs of team members and provide relevant training to subordinates;
To assist management in performance appraisals of staff;
To provide support to management as a member of the management team;
Identifying recruitment needs of cluster as and when required and involved in interviews;
Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff);
Ability to liaise with the FSC on routine matters and during Inspection of clients file;
Requirements
Able to apply sound knowledge and the principles of fiduciary and offshore investment structures (Sound knowledge and application of the Trust Act 2001 and Securities Act 2005);
