Talentry is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can work onsite in the Anaheim area office to grow in a careertrack role. This will involve working with and growing a team implementing and optimizing KPIs and Dashboards and leading the finance and accounting department operations.

This person will supervise a team of 8 (with immediate growth plans) as well a generate and compile financial data and develop appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and budgets. This role includes forecast development variance analyses and process improvement identification.

The best candidate for this role will drive financial analytics and reporting for the company.

Requirements

BS in Finance Accounting or similar financiallyrelated field.

3 years of experience.

Budget and forecast expertise.

Financial modeling experience. Analytics tools experience (PowerBI Tableau etc.)

Dashboard implementation/optimization experience.

Global manufacturing experience a plus.

Onsite workday (with flexible hours.)

Sage experience is a plus.
