Unarmed Security Officer - Wilmington DE

Were currently looking for Unarmed Security Officers for our client OPS Security in the Wilmington DE area. There are fulltime and parttime positions available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering highend customer service
  
• Responding to emergencies
  
• Deterring and preventing crime
  
• Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
  
• Investigating incidents
  
• Completing daily logs and incident reports
  
• Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
  
• Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients guests and coworkers
  
• Deescalating conflicts
  
• Detaining suspects
  
• Monitoring CCTV cameras
  
• Performing other related duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
  
• Two years of face to face customer service experience
  
• Two years of security experience
  
• Basic computer skills (Email Microsoft Office etc.)
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
• Proficient time management skills
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Excellent deescalation skills
  
• Proactive problem solving skills
  
• Must be able to obtain state required security officer license
  
• Ability to obtain OCAT PATH and PPBT certifications
  
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
