الوصف الوظيفي

SynchroGrid is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager who will encompass a wide range of responsibilities covering all aspects of HR Management. As SynchroGrid is experiencing a high growth phase this role will be expected to adapt to the specific needs of the organization. Flexibility multitasking and effective communication skills are key to successfully operating in this actively growing environment.

This role is fully onsite in our Bryan Texas office and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align HR strategies with the overall business strategy of the company taking into account the specific needs and goals of the business units.
  • Implement HR initiatives that support growth productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle daytoday HR activities such as employee onboarding benefits administration payroll coordination immigration applications and paperwork professional development program administration company event planning maintaining employee records and managing personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies procedures and practices adhere to legal requirements including recordkeeping minimum wage and leave entitlements.
  • Foster positive employee relations and create an inclusive work environment.
  • Develop initiatives to foster employee engagement and create a positive work culture.
  • Plan teambuilding activities recognize employee achievements and solicit feedback through informal conversations or surveys.
  • Be accessible to employees address their concerns and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Promote effective communication and facilitate conflict resolution (including HR investigations) when necessary.
  • Identify training needs within the company and design or coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Implement a performance management system that sets clear goals and expectations for employees.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to help employees reach their potential.
  • Develop a performance review process that aligns with the company's size and structure.
  • Leverage HR technology solutions that are suitable for SynchroGrid’s budget and needs.
  • Implement tools to streamline processes such as payroll time tracking and employee data management.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions such as restructuring succession planning or adapting to market changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
