Key Account Manager Hydrogen - Chinese Speaker - Europe

Your mission

As a key member of sales organization you will have to accomplish the revenue margin and account receivable target set on annual basis. You will need to manage key accounts and maintain longterm partnerships. Your duties will be to work with all major utilities owners developers EPC O&M customers to drive the business. You will also perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market. The candidate will also need to perform the following:

• Help to develop product marketing strategy and establish a longterm strategic partnership with key accounts
• Have strong sales ability to close deals and achieve the sales targets and KPIs
• Periodically visit key customers and have project order contacts with leading contractors (big scale) in Hydrogen related industry
• Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions;
• Collect market information including emerging market data industry trend product standard and competitors information etc.
• Work closely with technical team to fulfill customers requests and timely communicate with HQ;
• This position will require around 50% of travel across Europe
• Other assigned tasks as required.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years sales experience and 2 years project sales experience in the PV /Wind Energy/Renewable Energy business or Chemical Industry.
• Familar with renewable energy industry in MENA/Australia/Europe and have a good understanding of business culture in this area.
• Having a wide network with key players in renewable energy industry is perferred.
• Having strong ability to build up the customers relationship quickly is perferred.
• Professional in dealing with international business.
• Good teamwork and strong team coordination skills.
• Public speaking skills is a plus
• Strong passion about hydrogen industry
• Language requirements: excellent skills Spanish English and Chinese (both at least C1 level)
