Job Brief:
As our business (Salutem Group Pty Ltd) continues to develop & expand at a rapid pacewe have exciting new opportunities for highly driven individuals. We are looking for a selfmotivated highly driven individual whohas a proven track record of delivering results.

As Chief Operating Officer you will ensure the business canwelcome its biggest potential customer or opportunity at anymoment. Youll provide strategic leadership & hands on approach acrossthe business.

Responsibilities:

  • Being at the fore front of the company
  • Managing the daytoday operations of the company
  • Heath Safe and legal environment
  • The highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing subcontractors & suppliers
  • Managing & influencing the profitability of the company
  • Driving the business growth & expansion
  • Being the driving force behind all activities
  • Decisions managing budgets and procurement strategies
  • Driving marketleading services & innovation across thebusiness to improve performance
  • Developing planning policies and establishing standards andgoals for organizations
  • Offering daytoday guidance and oversight to organizationsand guiding and endorsing policies to achieve objectives meetspecific targets and optimize profitability and efficiency
  • Evaluating evolving situations and responding by issuinginstructions and directives to lowerlevel staff
  • Collaborating with immediate subordinates and departmentalleaders on topics like operational methods equipment needsfinances sales and human resources
  • Approving the funding for significant policy implementationinitiatives
  • Representing the organization at official events duringnegotiations at conferences workshops public hearings andforums and facilitating communication between various areasof responsibility
  • Preparing or arranging for the creation of reports financialplans and forecasts and delivering them to governing bodies
  • Choosing and overseeing the performance of senior personnel
  • May assume responsibility for some or all of accounting salesmarketing human resources and other specialized functions


Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles & business
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with theability to interface effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic decision making
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulationsand risk management
  • Managing day to day activities overcome obstacles
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box

Salary is above AUD 100000 Superannuation
