YOUR ROLE

As an Intern Customer Success Manager youll play a key role in our rapidly growing Dutch market. Get ready for a handson experience where your ideas and initiative will be celebrated!

Tasks

• Dive into the Dutch market expansion actively contributing to its growth.
• Coordinate with supplier companies for product data specifications and platform inclusions.
• Support in collecting and matching Quality Certificates.
• Engage in active business development from client outreach to customer account management.
• Assist suppliers and hospitals with training workshops.
• Update and maintain client contact lists.
• Be proactive and lend a helping hand wherever your expertise is needed.
• Share your innovative ideas to shape our brand strategy and product.

Requirements

• Recent university graduate eager to contribute to a B2B software scaleup.
• Energetic dynamic and selfstarting initiative.
• Biomedical Engineering or similar medical background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in medical devices healthcare providers and technology.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English; German and/or French skills are a bonus.
• Excel proficiency.
• Valid work permit for the EU and Switzerland.
• Open to working in Switzerland for 612 months with an option to return to the Netherlands postinternship.
