Job Overview:

Xogar Games is seeking a talented and creative Game Art Designer to join our game development team. As a Game Art Designer you will be responsible for bringing our game concepts to life through visually stunning and immersive art. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for game design a keen eye for detail and expertise in various art creation tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the game development team to understand and interpret game design concepts.

Create visually appealing 2D and/or 3D art assets including characters environments objects and animations.

Design and iterate on concepts ensuring they align with the overall game vision and theme.

Work closely with game developers to maintain a cohesive art style throughout the game.

Develop and implement textures shaders and lighting to enhance the visual quality of game assets.

Create storyboards and concept art to communicate visual ideas and game narratives.

Optimize art assets for performance on various platforms and devices.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the art design process.

Collaborate with other artists animators and designers to ensure a seamless integration of art assets into the

game.

Provide constructive feedback and support to fellow team members during the development process.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in art Graphic Design Game Design or a related field.

14 years of experience as a Game Art Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of game art assets.

Proficiency in industrystandard art tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Maya Blender Substance Painter Zbrush Marvelous Designer Adobe Photoshop.

Strong understanding of design principles color theory and composition.

Ability to work in both 2D and 3D art pipelines.

Experience with creating assets for various platforms including mobile PC and consoles.

Knowledge of animation principles and techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take creative direction and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Passion for video games and a desire to contribute to the creation of captivating gaming experiences.
