Job Description: Payroll & HR Administrator Sage 300

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll processing using Sage 300 software
• Handle HR administrative tasks related to payroll
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance leaves and deductions
• Prepare and distribute employees' pay slips
• Ensure compliance with payroll procedures and legal requirements
• Handle payroll queries and assist employees
• Update employee data and information in the payroll system
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve payroll and HR issues
• Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/Payroll or a related field
• Prior experience or training in payroll administration
• Proficient in using Sage 300 software for payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of payroll procedures laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Desired Experience:

• Up to 1 year of experience in payroll administration
• Familiarity with HR administrative tasks
