Job Title: Staff Nurse (Night Shifts)
Location: Cowbridge
Working Hours: 3642 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Up to 22.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse for night shifts. As a key member of our nursing team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of our residents during the night hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Offer emotional support and information to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
Requirement Ror This Astonishing Role:
- Valid NMC UK Pin o Pending.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Empathy and a passion for delivering patientcentered care.
