General Manager Seattle WA Base salary $100k $120k bonus Our client is searching for a General Manager to oversee their operation in Seattle WA. A successful candidate will have experience managing teams within a Reverse Logistics environment. R2 certification knowledge and experience is nonnegotiable for this role. Responsibilities * Provide strong and consistent leadership to a team of 40 associates * Full P&L responsibility * Work autonomously to ensure success of the operation * Constantly and consistently improve processes efficiency and manage H&S Requirements * 5 years of previous experience in a senior management position * Knowledge of reverse logistics and R2 processes * Proven track record of KPI management inventory management and process improvement
