Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Finance Specialist to join our clients team for a 12month assignment. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency during this interim period.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct indepth financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Evaluate financial performance and provide insights to enhance efficiency.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Account Reconciliation:
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Address discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis reporting or a related role.
- Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
