One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Finance Specialist to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Finance Specialist to join our clients team for a 12month assignment. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency during this interim period.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:
   • Conduct indepth financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
   • Evaluate financial performance and provide insights to enhance efficiency.
     
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
   • Monitor budgetary performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
     
3. Financial Reporting:
   • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
     
4. Account Reconciliation:
   • Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
   • Address discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
     
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department.
   • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
     
6. Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
   • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
     
7. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and insights.
   • Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis reporting or a related role.
  
• Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Contract Duration:12 months (with the possibility of extension)
