SAP Master Data Lead with Transactional Data

As a SAP Master Data Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of master data within the SAP system ensuring data accuracy consistency and integrity across the organization. You will lead a team of master data specialists and collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain data governance processes. Your expertise in SAP and data management will be critical in driving efficiency and improving datarelated business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement master data management strategies and policies within the SAP environment.

SAP Master Data Lead with handson experience with Transactional Data and experience with data migration cockpit.

Develop and implement master data management strategies and policies within the SAP environment. Lead the master data team in creating updating and maintaining master data records in compliance with data governance standards.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify data requirements and resolve datarelated issues in SAP modules Lead the master data team in creating updating and maintaining master data records in compliance with data governance standards.

Conduct regular data quality checks audits and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Develop and conduct training sessions for endusers to enhance their understanding of master data processes.

Monitor data maintenance activities and ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols.

Analyze datarelated challenges and provide actionable insights to optimize business processes.

Collaborate with IT teams to support data migration and integration projects.

Stay up to date with SAP advancements and industry best practices in master data management.

Continuously improve and streamline master data processes to enhance overall data quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field

Hands on experience with data migration cockpit is required.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in SAP master data management preferably in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems including modules like SAP ECC S/4HANA or other relevant SAP solutions.

Excellent knowledge of data governance principles data quality management and data lifecycle processes.
