Accounts Payable Manager

Reports to the Corporate Controller

We seek a highly organized and detailoriented Accounts Payable Manager Expense Processing to join our finance team in the Construction industry. As the Accounts Payable Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of expenses maintaining vendor relationships and managing the overall accounts payable function.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the daytoday operations of the accounts payable department

Processing and coding invoices expense reports and payment requests

Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies

Managing the vendor onboarding and maintenance process

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Preparing and analyzing accounts payable reports and financial data

Assisting with monthend and yearend closing processes

Supervising and mentoring accounts payable staff

To be successful in this role you should have:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related role

Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Supervisory experience is preferred
