Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Web Desktop Automation using JavaScript

We are in search of an experienced Senior Test Engineer with a minimum of 5 years handson expertise in automation testing specifically using JavaScript. As a key requirement you will undergo extensive testing on JavaScript during the interview showcasing proficiency in highend JavaScript coding. Join our dynamic Testing and Quality Assurance team where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our automation testing efforts for both web and desktop applications. Your strong proficiency in JavaScript coupled with excellent communication skills will be essential in upholding our commitment to toptier quality and reliability.

• Design develop and maintain automated Java test scripts for web and desktop applications utilizing JavaScript and testing frameworks such as Selenium and Puppeteer.
  
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and application functionality thriving in a challenging environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices for JavaScript and test automation emphasizing highquality coding.
  
• Create and manage automated test suites ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  
• Analyze test results identify defects and communicate effectively with development teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for automated testing.
  
• Actively participate in test planning strategy development and test case design.
  
• Conduct regression testing and ensure proper configuration of test environments for various scenarios.
  
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation applying them to our processes.
  
• Contribute to enhancing the overall QA process including strategy documentation and tools.
  
• Collaborate with highly skilled developers including those with a Ph.D. in computer science presenting your code on a weekly basis. While guidance will be provided an independent approach to code and deliverables is expected.
