Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden Malta Hungary Spain Poland or the Philippines.

What the role entails:

• Reporting to the Global Production Manager with a focus on Product Management and Production Management.
• Collaborate with the Game Production team and other departments to effectively deliver new improvements
• Take ownership of translating requirements into clear specifications
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of features write feature requirements and work closely with the development team to deliver the expected outcome
• Contribute to production management team product planning and roadmap
• Work and collaborate with all Game Production teams and manage special projects that are not directly Game production
• Create weekly status reports based on updates from all teams for an executive audience.
• Provide workflow enhancements for production teams within game development based on requirements/priorities gathered in collaboration with the Game Studios
• Set and share best practices production pipelines and workflows with the Game Studios
• Provide insight and recommendations about best practices and optimized workflows

What we ask of you:

Requirements:

• Are highly organized experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Have a yescando attitude you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Have an abundance of engaging leadership.
• Are fluent in English.
• Experience in using Jira Asana and/or other project management tools.
• Detail oriented organized and focused on quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with different organizational levels as well as ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Preferences:

• Strong preference will be given to those with experience in being a Platform PO & iGaming industry
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.
• Project Manager Professional certification
