الوصف الوظيفي
Roessel Joy is partnering with a popular company in the fitness industry who is looking for a new AP Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 13 years of AP experience and Great Plains experience. If you are looking to joing a growing team that values hard work this is the job for you. Additionally there is parking onsite and flexible hours!
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Review and verify invoices purchase orders and expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process journal entries for accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and SOX regulations
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- 12 years of AP Experience
- Great Plain experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
