الوصف الوظيفي
Roessel Joy is partnering with a wellknown healthcare organization who is looking for a new Administrative Associate to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED and previous customer service experience (36 months).
Responsibilities:
- Providing strong customer service to customers
- Answering screening and routing calls and emails from blood donors/potential donors.
- Drafting responses to routine correspondence.
- Welcoming and registering volunteer donors to the Blood Donor Center. Updating demographic information and/or creating records for donors.
- Performing routine clerical duties (opening and sorting mail retrieving and delivering patient records photocopying materials and sorting collating and distributing documents)
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 36 months of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
