Join our team remotely or in one of our German offices in fulltime as Head of Customer Service & Business Security (m/f/w).

As the Head of Customer Service at Cuculus you will lead the Customer Service and Business Security department to provide exceptional customer service and elevate our operations to new heights.

What is the role about

• Employee development: developing team members in Germany and India to meet evolving customer needs.
• Operational Leadership: shaping and implementing departmental strategies and driving the strategic direction and execution of our service offerings.
• Customer Communication: enhancing customer communication through innovative technologies.
• Quality Management: ensure the reliability and integrity of our customer network by upholding rigorous quality management standards.

You fit in with us if

• You have successfully completed a bachelors degree.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service ideally within the B2B sector. Moreover you have at least 5 years of leadership experience across multiple hierarchical levels.
• You possess profound knowledge of the customer journey and experience.
• You have proven expertise in process management and driving change through KPI management.
• You have a modern leadership mindset.
• You are fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. German would be a strong plus.
• You have strong analytical thinking a structured work approach and creative problemsolving abilities.
