The Strategic Planning Manager is pivotal in shaping the company's strategic direction. The role primarily involves leading and managing key analytical and research activities that bolster our short and longterm strategic planning. The Strategic Planning Manager will take charge of data collection conduct comprehensive organizational reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement evaluate operational efficiency and spearhead research on emerging industry trends and best practices opportunities for expansion competitive threats and potential business collaborations. Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Work in close collaboration with the Director of Corporate Planning and other key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with overarching company objectives • Direct and oversee robust data collection and conduct indepth organizational reviews to assess strengths weaknesses and potential areas for enhancement • Lead proactive research to identify emerging trends potential opportunities for expansion competitive threats and viability of external business partners • Craft recommendations for improving internal business processes based on analysis and insights • Develop and implement methods to track and evaluate organizational performance data to guide strategic planning • Supervise direct reports to ensure adherence to achievement of project or department milestones optimal performance and budget requirements • Exercise full authority for personnel decisions including performance evaluations training and development performance coaching and terminations |
