HR Project Coordinator Organisational Development
- Working Location: The Hague Netherlands
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
1 year of experience in duties related to Organisational Development or HR experience with a keen interest in OD activities
Experience of managing delivering and supporting projects
Great writing skills and a willingness to lead in the area of OD Communications
A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and processes with ease
Experience working with stakeholders of all levels including leadership
Organised able to be proactive and take ownership
Continuous improvement mindset
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Experience managing and delivering; change projects and HR projects
Experience organising managing and delivering communications
A broad knowledge of Human Resources or even better broad experience of the different teams
Previous experience using SharePoint
DUTIES/ROLE:
Support a number of ongoing OD projects potentially take ownership and lead some small projects;
Lead the Communications for all Organisational Development initiatives
Assist with admin tasks such as organising training focus groups and keeping SharePoint sights up to date
Running meetings taking notes updating stakeholders and managing followup actions
Working with external providers to organise initiatives and implement tools
Project coordination and reporting in support of the Operational Plan and strategic objectives
